A thriving restaurant group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead operations at a high-volume, fine dining restaurant in Tampa.
 
Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years in a senior management role
• Proven experience in upscale or fine dining environments
• High-volume restaurant experience required
• Strong beverage knowledge, including inventory management and ordering

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all day-to-day operations of a high-volume fine dining restaurant
• Lead, manage, and develop a front-of-house team of approximately 70 employees
