Resort seeks an Executive Banquet Chef for their property
Qualifications
Comes from High-End Hotels and has managed 20+ Million in banquet operations and managed over 80k of meeting space
Good tenure, no more than 2 jobs in the last 5 years
A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
Manage budgets, labor, and inventory to control costs and maximize departmental profitability.
Ensure quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and guest experience, including tastings for events.
Must have proven culinary expertise with extensive food knowledge, strong organizational abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
