Salary: $80k-$85k

A thriving restaurant in DC is looking for a Beverage Director to add to their team! 
 
Qualifications 

• 5-8 years of beverage management experience within high-volume or luxury hospitality, including front-of-house and banquet operations.
• Extensive expertise in beer, wine, spirits, and beverage cost management.
• Proven leadership with strengths in staff management, training, and hands-on operational execution.

Responsibilities 

• Oversee daily beverage operations, clearly communicate objectives, and delegate tasks effectively.
• Deliver ongoing training to staff on beverage knowledge, service standards, speed, and accuracy.
• Cultivate strong team collaboration and a culture of excellence in service.
