The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for a boutique hotel restaurant known for its refined, locally inspired cuisine. This leader will be responsible for maintaining exceptional food quality, creative menu execution, and a seamless kitchen operation that complements the hotel's elevated guest experience. The ideal candidate combines strong leadership, creativity, and operational expertise with a commitment to consistency and excellence.
 
Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive culinary leadership, including 3 years of experience as an Executive Chef
• Proven background in boutique hotel or upscale restaurant settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills with a passion for seasonal and locally sourced ingredients

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, presentation, and cost control standards are met
• Develop and execute menus that align with the hotel's brand and guest expectations
• Recruit, train, and mentor culinary team members to maintain a positive, high-performing kitchen culture
