A full service hotel in Langhorne, PA is looking for a great Hotel General Manager to lead their team! 
 
Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a General Manager in a full-service branded hotel, preferably within the Marriott family.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and hotel operating metrics.
• Marriott experience a must. 

Responsibilities: 
 

• Oversee all hotel operations, including Rooms, Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Engineering, and Finance to ensure high levels of efficiency and performance.
• Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and profit and loss statements. Implement strategies to drive revenue growth, control costs, and achieve or exceed financial goals.
• Recruit, train, and develop department heads and team members. Create a positive work culture, promote teamwork, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
