The Steakhouse Chef will oversee the culinary operations of a high-volume steakhouse within a casino property. This role ensures consistency, quality, and excellence in execution while managing daily kitchen operations. The Steakhouse Chef will play a key role in leading and training the culinary team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced, upscale dining environment.
 
Qualifications

• 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience in a steakhouse or fine dining concept
• Strong knowledge of steak and butchery, with proven expertise in high-volume kitchen operations
• Ability to lead, mentor, and develop a culinary team while maintaining quality and cost controls

Responsibilities

• Direct daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, flavor, and presentation standards
• Lead and train culinary staff to uphold excellence in service and efficiency
• Manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen performance while supporting overall property goals
