The Culinary Manager / Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for a high-energy sports bar concept within a casino property. This hands-on leader will ensure consistent food quality, drive operational efficiency, and inspire a team dedicated to delivering great guest experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
 
Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of culinary management experience, preferably in a high-volume sports bar, casual dining, or casino setting
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a focus on team development and execution
• Proven ability to manage food cost, inventory, and kitchen operations efficiently

Responsibilities

• Lead all back-of-house operations including menu execution, food preparation, and service standards
• Hire, train, and mentor culinary team members to achieve excellence in quality and consistency
• Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and cost control standards while driving operational performance
