Salary: $70,000 - $85,000

High-volume Italian restaurant + café seeks Assistant General Manager; local LA candidates only.
 
Qualifications:

• 2-3+ years as Restaurant Manager/AGM in full-service dining
• Recent success in chef-driven Italian/European à-la-carte dining
• Proven experience with 250+ seats or multi-outlet operations
• Opening experience a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support GM with opening, staffing, hiring, and training across restaurant and café
• Oversee FOH/BOH operations for both units; uphold SOPs and quality standards
• Manage budgets, labor, purchasing, and inventory to meet targets
• Coach and develop teams; lead guest recovery and service excellence
