Salary: Up to $77,000 Base + Commissions

Boutique resort-style hotel & spa seeks Events & Sales Manager to grow catering, events, and hotel business.
 
Responsibilities:

• Execute sales strategies for catering and events; serve as on-site point of contact​
• Prospect and manage small corporate meetings, retreats, weddings, and social events​
• Build repeat business; conduct site visits, presentations, and account management​
• Create detailed BEOs and coordinate handoff to F&B/Operations; maintain CRM records​
• Support leadership on packages, rates, and marketing to achieve revenue goals​ 

 
Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years sales or hotel event experience; catering/events background preferred​
• Proficient with PMS/CRM (e.g., Opera, Delphi); strong presentations and negotiation​
• Experience in boutique/lifestyle hotels, event venues, private clubs, or golf clubs
