• 3+ years of leadership experience in fine dining or Michelin-starred kitchens
• Advanced technical cooking skills with classical and modern techniques
• Strong leadership and communication abilities

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead daily kitchen operations across all stations
• Train, coach, and mentor junior culinary team members
• Ensure flawless execution of dishes, standards, and presentation
