We are seeking a Room Service Sous Chef at The Resort. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in high-end hotels or restaurants
Would also consider a Banquet Sous Chef for this position
Location - South Florida
Salary $75k to $79k +5% Bonus
Benefits PTO, M/D/V, 401k,
Relo Prefer reginal candidates-sign-on bonus if relo is needed
Qualifications

• A culinary degree is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie in high-end Hotels or Restaurants
• Must have good tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years

 
Responsibilities

• Working closely with the food and beverage leadership team to design creative menus, and amenity options while ensuring an exceptional product.
• Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance. 
• Oversee quality and consistency in food preparation, presentation, and customer experience
