We are seeking a talented Sous Chef for an Asian/Latin/ inspired Restaurant. The Ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel/resort or high-end restaurant
 Location - South Florida
Salary $75k to $79k +5% Bonus
Benefits PTO, M/D/V, 401k,
Relo Prefer reginal candidates-sign-on bonus if relo is needed
Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Sous Chef or Chef de Partie at a luxury Hotel/Resort or High-end Restaurant
• Asian/Latin/American Cuisine-Sushi experience is a plus
• Must have good tenure, no more than two jobs in the last five years

• Working closely with the food and beverage leadership team to design creative menus, and amenity options while ensuring an exceptional product.
• Providing guidance and direction to subordinates, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
