Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury hospitality, within guest relations or front office-Forbes Five Star or Relais & Chateaux, Small Luxury Hotels of the World type properties
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Experience with Property Management Systems (Opera preferred)
Responsibilities
- Curate personalized guest itineraries and oversee all touchpoints of the guest journey
- Lead and support Front Desk, Concierge, Housekeeping, and Bell teams to ensure seamless service
- Manage guest feedback, resolve concerns, and elevate service standards through collaboration
