Upscale Italian restaurant is seeking a Chef de Cuisine with experience in modern Italian cuisine.
 
Qualifications

• Hands-on / Mentor with strong leadership skills.
• 3+ years' high-volume experience in high-end, modern Italian environment.
• Culinary degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Control and direct the food preparation and execution process plus any other relative activities.
• Trains, develops, and leads a team of Sous and Line Cooks.
• Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers.
