A new, modern American steakhouse is seeking a Bar Manager to lead the opening and beverage program.
 
Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of bar leadership in upscale or high-volume restaurant settings
• Strong presence on the floor with deep spirits, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• WSET Level 2 or CMS Level One

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all bar operations including training, inventory, ordering, and cost controls
• Ensure elevated bar service standards and support a premium guest experience
• Collaborate with the GM on launch, execution, bar menu development
