A growing hospitality group is looking for an Executive Chef for their high volume Tex Mex restaurant in Charlotte NC! 
 
Qualifications:

• 4+ years of similar Executive Chef experience.
• High volume experience a must.
• Strong leader and mentor.
• Great tenure. 

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, managing food preparation, quality control, and plating techniques to maintain high standards.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire kitchen staff, fostering a creative and collaborative culinary environment.
• Manage inventory levels, sourcing of ingredients, and supplier relationships to ensure freshness and quality of ingredients.
