Job Title: Private Dining Sales Manager
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Benefits: M/D/V + Bonus + COMMISSION
 
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager for a high-volume upscale Greek restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, restaurant experience and upscale or fine dining establishments.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the sales team.
• Managing client relationships, budgets, billing and contract negotiations.
• Ability to work closely with the General Manager and Executive Chef to execute events.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an upscale or fine dining setting.
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years Expertise in $15 Million + revenue.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and mentoring skills.
