Salary:  $65 - $75k

Busy well known restaurant is looking to add a Sous Chef to their team!
 
Requirements:

• 3-5 years in a Sous Chef role
• NO job hoppers (no more than 3 roles in last 5 years)
• Strong leadership skills

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day to day operations at high volume restaurant
• Scheduling, Payroll, Food Cost, Recipe Management, Inventory
• Manage flow of service
