Upscale restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team.
This is a traditional Italian-American restaurant, dinner service only.
 
Requirements:  

• Minimum of 3 years as a AGM or Senior Manager
• Upscale, high volume experience ($12M +)
• Wine knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Tech savy (able to assist with Resi, liquor orders, invoicing)
• Oversee daily operations of the FOH team
• VERY Guest focused role
