Upscale restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale is looking for a Sous Chef to join their team.
This is a traditional Italian-American restaurant, dinner service only.
 
Requirements:  

• Minimum of 3 years as a Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef
• Upscale, high volume experience ($12M +)
• Italian Cuisine

Responsibilities:

• Knife in hand Chef
• Oversee daily operations of the BOH team
