Qualifications:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a high-volume, fine dining kitchen
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and mentor the culinary team
• Proven ability to manage kitchen operations while maintaining excellence under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef in daily kitchen operations.
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and compliance with safety standards.
• Oversee, train, and supervise kitchen staff to deliver exceptional service.
