Seeking an seasoned Director of F&B with to run 2 casino hotels. 
 
Qualifications

• minimum 5 years of F&B management at the Director level
• casino experience at properties with minimum $30M F&B annual revenue
• experience with restaurant openings and build-outs

 
Responsibilities

• Administer and monitor the operation of all food and beverage outlets to ensure compliance with established company, health, and regulatory agency standards and procedures.
• Monitor, approve, and enforce administrative procedures and policies of all Food & Beverage management personnel for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Establish and monitor financial goals for the Food & Beverage Department and prepare budgets to forecast projections. Establish training goals and objectives.
