The Sous Chef will play a key leadership role in the culinary team of a luxury senior living facility, supporting the Executive Chef in delivering high-quality, nutritious, and beautifully presented meals. This position requires a balance of culinary creativity, operational oversight, and a strong commitment to providing exceptional dining experiences that enhance the lives of residents.
 
Qualifications

• 3-5 years of culinary leadership experience, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or upscale hospitality settings
• Strong culinary skills with knowledge of nutrition, dietary needs, and food safety standards
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities with a resident-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Assist the Executive Chef in daily operations, including menu development, production, and service
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining consistent quality
• Train, mentor, and support culinary staff to foster teamwork and a high level of service
