The Executive Chef will oversee all culinary operations for a boutique hotel, bringing creativity, leadership, and a passion for excellence to the property's dining experiences. This role will lead menu development, kitchen operations, and team management to ensure the highest quality food and service, reflecting the hotel's boutique and locally inspired identity.
 
Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive culinary leadership experience, with at least 2 years as an Executive Chef or Chef de Cuisine
• Strong background in boutique or upscale hotel dining, with a focus on seasonal and locally sourced ingredients
• Proven ability to lead, train, and inspire a kitchen team in a high-quality, guest-focused environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistent execution of food quality and presentation
• Develop innovative menus aligned with the hotel's boutique identity and guest expectations
• Manage and mentor the culinary team, focusing on cost control, efficiency, and a culture of excellence
