Well-established restaurant group looking for a Multi-Unit Executive Chef
 
 
Qualifications

• Tenure: 10-15 years of culinary experience with 3-5 years in an Executive Chef role.

Experience: 

• Steakhouse chef experience is ideal; sushi background is a bonus.
• High-volume expertise ($10M+ annual revenue).o Comfortable operating in structured, corporate-style environments (e.g., Morton's, Fleming's).
• Ability to execute consistency while developing seasonal or blackboard specials.
• Strong background in banquets and catering.
• Grill-heavy, full-service chef experience.
• Management: Proven ability to lead culinary teams across multiple units.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multi-unit culinary operations, driving consistency in food quality, menu development, seasonal rollouts, and cost management across all locations.
• Lead, train, and mentor BOH teams, developing Sous Chefs through robust training programs, SOPs, and hands-on coaching to maintain high standards.
• Ensure operational excellence, managing food and labor costs, maintaining health and safety compliance, and improving systems for efficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally, partnering with Operations, FOH, Marketing, and Supply Chain to support new store openings, vendor sourcing, and brand initiatives.
