Must have experience managing the front door of a restaurant with a similar high volume (i.e., operating at a $20M+ annual revenue level). This is the most important part of the job.
Proven ability to manage a large, complex reservations book and oversee a multi-hundred cover night with efficiency and grace.

Responsibilities
Work under the direction of the General Manager to manage daily operations of upscale dining restaurant
Lead by example to guide and empower the FOH staff on the floor, maintaining a hands-on presence throughout each service
Schedule and appoint tasks and responsibilities to staff as directed by the GM
Train and enforce ilili best practices and policies
Offer and inspire exemplary guest service
