Qualifications

• Tenure:
• 3–5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience:
• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• High-level technical skills required (e.g., protein breakdown, butchery, precision cooking).
• Deep understanding of Middle Eastern cuisine – experience working with Levantine, Israeli, Syrian, or Iraqi food is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of systems, safety, sanitation, and administrative responsibilities.
• Some creative flexibility while maintaining the integrity of traditional dishes.

PERSONALITY TRAITS

• Humility is a must – no egos.
• Even-tempered and composed under pressure.
• Excellent trainer – must be passionate about teaching and developing staff.
