Seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Events Manager to oversee and execute world-class events at Boutique Luxury Inn w/Restaurant.
 
Qualifications: 
 

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, and a hospitality, business, or event management background is ideal.
• 3-5 years of proven event management experience, ideally within luxury hotels, catering, or corporate hospitality.
• Strong leadership and team management skills; ability to motivate and direct staff.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in event software; experience with Maestro or Triple Seat is a plus.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

 
Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, organization, and execution of weddings, corporate retreats, and social events.
• Manage and oversee the events calendar, ensuring optimal scheduling and staffing.
• Develop event concepts and proposals that align with client needs and brand identity.
• Oversee budgets, contracts, and invoicing while ensuring profitability.
• Source, negotiate, and manage vendor and sponsorship relationships.
• Direct event logistics including room setup, catering, décor, and AV requirements.
• Partner with Marketing on event promotions, communications, and brand integration.
• Supervise and train event staff, ensuring service excellence at every touchpoint
