Midwest Casino seeking an Executive Chef for their multi-outlet property!
 
Qualifications:

• 4+ years of similar experience as Executive Chef, CDC, or Executive Sous
• Muti-unit Experience
• Steakhouse Experience
• Casino Experience Preferred

 
Responsibilities: 

• Lead culinary concept development and operational procedures, including menu creation, inventory management, and recipe development.
• Drive Financial performance by monitoring F&B performance, formulating strategic initiatves, and ensuring accountability in guest service and product quality across all outlets.
• Build, mentor, and develop a hig-performing team while managing staffing needs, training, and engagementto improve productivity and morale.
• Oversee budgeting, cost management, and compliance with safety, health, and sanitation standards in collaboration with local and governmental organizations.
