The Director of Human Resources will lead all aspects of HR strategy and operations for a premier resort property. This role is responsible for shaping workplace culture, driving employee engagement, and overseeing recruitment, training, compliance, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will bring extensive HR leadership experience within hospitality, with the ability to balance strategic planning and hands-on execution.
 
Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably within hotels, resorts, or hospitality
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and best practices in employee relations
• Proven ability to build positive workplace culture and lead HR initiatives in dynamic environments

Responsibilities

• Direct all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and compliance
• Partner with resort leadership to develop strategies that support employee engagement and retention
• Oversee benefits administration, employee relations, and policy development to ensure alignment with company goals
