We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to assist with the Opening of our new location in Huntington, New York.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Opening of the new restaurant
• Hiring / Staffing / Training of new employees
• Inventory, Payroll, Food Cost

 
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a high volume, corporate environment
• New Opening Experience
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• Strong organizational, leadership, and mentoring skills.
