Seeking a knife-in-hand executive chef for a well-known waterfront hotel. 
 
Qualifications

• 4+ years as an executive chef in a multi-unit upscale environment 
• Proven leadership with ability to manage and inspire a diverse culinary team in a UNION environment. 
• Strong knowledge of fine dining operations, costing, inventory, and food safety. 

 
Responsibilities

• Lead the culinary team at the Restaurant, a $9M full-service fine dining venue
• Ensure consistency, creativity, and quality in all menus, banquets, and high-volume services
• Hire, train, and develop culinary staff while driving excellence and accountability
