Established hospitality group seeks a GM to lead financials, team development, and sales growth for two venues.
 
Qualifications:

• 4+ years as AGM/GM in full-service restaurants; multi-unit preferred.
• Proven success in P&L oversight and cost controls.
• Strong background in team recruitment, training, and retention.
• NYC market knowledge required; relocation not offered.

 
Responsibilities:

• Lead full P&L, budgeting, and forecasting across two concepts.
• Manage and develop a 20-25 person FOH team.
• Uphold service standards and elevate guest satisfaction.
• Drive sales through community engagement and loyalty programs.
