The Sous Chef supports back-of-house operations for a high-end steakhouse within a casino property. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and passionate culinary professional with experience in upscale, high-volume dining environments.
 
Qualifications

• 2+ years of Sous Chef or kitchen leadership experience
• Background in steakhouse, fine dining, or casino F&B operations
• Strong skills in line execution, food safety, and team leadership

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily kitchen operations and execution during service
• Assist in training and managing BOH team members
• Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and sanitation standards
