Seeking an Executive Chef to oversee multiple outlets in an Upstate NY Casino and Resort
 
Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality with a diversity of food and beverage management positions.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, planning and time management skills with the mental acumen to handle multiple projects simultaneously and is comfortable and successful in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have multiple outlet experience 

Responsibilities

• Planning, organizing, developing and managing a team and brand
• Minimum 5-year experience managing a coordinator or team.
• Casino experience and Gaming license preferred
