A boutique hotel in Elon, NC is looking for an Executive Chef to run operations! 
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Chef de Cuisine, preferably in a full-service property.
• Boutique hotel experience a plus
• Demonstrated success in improving key performance metrics related to the Food & Beverage department and guest satisfaction.
• Culinary degree preferred. 

Responsibilities

• Align with team goals, measuring success through the hotel's Food & Beverage profitability and service performance.
• Enhance the culinary experience by elevating food quality and presentation for guests.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of culinary team members.
• Drive business strategy, setting margins and managing operations against projections
