The Sales and Marketing Manager is responsible for driving revenue, brand visibility, and guest engagement across a property featuring restaurant, retail, and entertainment outlets. This role combines strategic marketing initiatives with proactive sales efforts to maximize exposure and profitability.
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in hospitality, retail, or entertainment.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, event promotion, and local market outreach.
• Preferred experience working with multi-outlet or lifestyle-driven properties.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote dining, retail, and entertainment offerings.
• Drive group sales, event bookings, and local partnerships to grow business.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize guest engagement and ROI.
