The Sous Chef is a key member of the culinary leadership team at a dynamic entertainment property, responsible for assisting in the management of kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and consistency, and ensuring smooth service execution in a high-energy environment.
 
Qualifications

• 3+ years of culinary experience in a supervisory or Sous Chef role.
• Experience in high-volume or entertainment-driven food service operations.
• Strong skills in team leadership, food safety, and production oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support daily kitchen operations, ensuring quality, speed, and consistency of food.
• Lead and mentor culinary team members while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control in collaboration with the Executive Chef.
