The Director of Food and Beverage is responsible for leading all F&B operations at a casino property, including fine dining, casual outlets, bars, and banquets. This strategic role focuses on team leadership, operational excellence, and delivering an exceptional guest experience in a competitive Las Vegas market.
 
Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive F&B leadership experience, with at least 3 years at the director level.
• Proven success in managing high-volume, multi-outlet food and beverage programs.
• Strong financial acumen, team development skills, and guest service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily F&B operations across all outlets, ensuring quality, consistency, and profitability.
• Lead and mentor departmental managers and staff to achieve service and revenue goals.
• Manage budgets, labor, cost control, and compliance while enhancing guest satisfaction.
