Busy Italian restaurant seeks a skilled Sous Chef to support day-to-day kitchen operations and lead teams through high-volume service.
 
Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience in a full-service, high-volume kitchen
• Familiarity with Italian cuisine (pasta, pizza, etc.) strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Availability for nights, weekends, and some holidays

 
Responsibilities:

• Support the Executive Chef in overseeing kitchen staff and execution
• Uphold culinary standards in quality, consistency, and safety
• Contribute to team development, scheduling, and day-to-day operations
