High-volume, upscale American tavern seeks an Executive Sous Chef to support daily operations and lead a large BOH team.
 
Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily BOH execution for up to 1,000 covers/day across multiple dining areas
• Manage, train, and mentor sous chefs and line team members
• Contribute to menu specials and uphold brand standards in food quality and safety

 
Qualifications:

• 2–3 years as Executive Sous Chef in a high-volume environment
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, ordering, and team development
• Strong skills in food presentation, high-volume service, and recipe adherence
• Culinary degree preferred; ServSafe/Food Handler certifications required or obtainable
