Deli Manager
Location: Austin, TX
Schedule: Full-Time | In-Person

We're seeking a hands-on Deli Manager to lead daily operations in a high-volume environment. You’ll oversee ordering, inventory, merchandising, and compliance while ensuring a clean, well-stocked, and customer-friendly department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise deli team and daily operations
• Monitor inventory, pricing, and product rotation
• Ensure HACCP compliance and food safety standards
• Train, schedule, and support staff performance
• Manage vendor orders, stock levels, and merchandising
• Maintain clean equipment, aisles, and coolers

Requirements:

• 4+ years of retail/deli or foodservice experience
• Strong leadership, organization, and customer service skills
• Comfortable managing inventory, scheduling, and compliance
• Basic computer skills and understanding of food safety procedures
