Branch Manager
Location: Oakland, CA
Pay: $70,000–$90,000 + Bonus Potential up to $47,000
Schedule: Full-Time | 10-Hour Shifts | In-Person

We’re hiring a Branch Manager to lead operations at a high-volume retail / wholesale location. This role is responsible for driving profitability, ensuring exceptional customer service, and overseeing team performance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily store operations, staffing, and customer experience
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, safety, and sanitation standards
• Analyze financial reports and implement operational improvements
• Recruit, train, and develop department managers and staff
• Ensure policy compliance and communication with corporate teams

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of retail/wholesale management experience
• Background in P&L, inventory control, staffing, and merchandising
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
