Seeking a hands-on, high-touch Banquet Manager to lead seamless, elegant service across 55,000+ sq. ft. of luxury event space, from vineyard weddings to executive retreats.
 
Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years' tenure in previous leadership positions
• Experience in luxury hospitality, ideally with Forbes Five Star, Relais & Châteaux, or equivalent brands
• Proven ability to lead fast-paced, service-forward operations with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong Delphi skills and cross-functional collaboration with Culinary and Sales
 
Responsibilities
• Event Execution – Oversee daily banquet operations across 11 venues on a 22-acre estate, ensuring flawless service and elegant flow
• Team Leadership – Manage a team of 5+ leaders and 40+ total staff, providing mentorship, presence, and professional development
• Collaboration & Standards – Work closely with Culinary, Sales, and Events teams to uphold luxury standards and operational excellence
• Operational Strategy – Maintain cost control, staffing efficiency, and guest satisfaction across diverse event formats
