Front Office Manager
 
Job Description
 
Are you passionate about luxury hospitality?  Are you ready to experience the world-renowned scenery and recreation of Wyoming?  Do you want to apply your work and life experiences to a growing and award-winning boutique property?  If you have several years of experience in luxury hospitality, we want to meet with you to join our Management team.

• Manages and motivates the Front Office team to provide a high standard of service for all guests
• Integrates and trains employees, providing support for skills development
• Ensures team members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, facilities, events, pricing, policies and knowledge of the local area and events
• Provide a high level of customer service and maintains a high profile in the day to day front office operations (Forbes experience preferred)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in hospitality
• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management preferred
• Effective oral and written communications skills
• Experience in supervising, motivating, and managing staff
• Computer proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and reservations systems (Opera preferred)
