Experience in Pricing, Merchandising, or Retail Operations: Minimum of 5+ years in merchandising, pricing, finance, marketing, or retail operations (or 7+ years of relevant experience). At least 2 years of supervisory experience leading teams.
Strong Analytical and Strategic Thinking Skills: Proven ability to analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and sales performance to make data-driven pricing decisions.
Educational Background in a Relevant Field: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Retail Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).

Oversee Pricing Systems and Operations: Guide the implementation and maintenance of pricing tools, ensuring accuracy in POS, price tags, labels, and promotional execution.
Manage and Develop the Pricing Team: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team responsible for executing pricing best practices and supporting cross-functional departments.
