Midwest Casino Resort searching for a Hotel Director for their newly opened property!

Responsibilities:

Oversee hotel operations to optimize guest satisfaction, maintain cost efficiencies, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and service standards.
Manage departmental goals, budgets, staffing, and performance, including hiring, training, evaluating, and supporting employee development in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Analyze business data, monitor competition and trends, and collaborate with marketing to drive occupancy, revenue, and a favorable guest experience.

Qualifications:

Minimum of five years of hotel management experience.
Proficiency in reservation management databases and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
