Midwest Casino seeking a Table Games Shift Manager to oversees all aspects of table game operations.
 
Responsibilities:

• Supervise & Secure Operations: Directly manage table game staff and ensure adherence to all gaming regulations and security protocols.
• Enhance Guest Experience: Ensure customers have a positive gaming experience and resolve any issues promptly.
• Staff Development: Train, evaluate, and coach table games personnel to maintain high performance standards.

• Supervisory Experience: Minimum two years in a table games supervisory role or similar.
• Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Essential for managing staff, resolving conflicts, and interacting with guests.
• Compliance & Security Knowledge: Ability to enforce gaming regulations and identify potential cheating.
