Salary: $65,000 base + uncapped commission

Hunt for new business: cold-call prospects, qualify leads, and hand off sales-ready opportunities.
 
Qualifications

• 1–2 years of high-volume outbound calling in B2B sales
• Confident phone communicator with strong objection-handling & persuasion skills
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) with a history of meeting/exceeding quotas 

• Research and identify ICP prospects; place 60+ cold calls daily
• Qualify leads using BANT and schedule discovery calls for senior reps
• Maintain spotless CRM records and relay market feedback to leadership
