Qualifications
Proven Leadership Experience — Minimum 3–5 years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a fast-casual or upscale casual dining environment, with demonstrated ability to lead and develop front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
Strong Operational Skills — Proficiency in managing daily operations including scheduling, inventory control, cost management, health and safety compliance, and POS systems
Guest-Focused Mentality — Excellent customer service skills with a passion for hospitality, the ability to resolve guest concerns promptly, and a commitment to delivering a consistently high-quality dining experience that reflects local culture and values.
Responsibilities
Provides information to supervisors, co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
Observe and enforce all operational and company policies and ensure all employees adhere to company procedures.
